Stating that the Russian forces continue to respond to their attacks, Zelenskiy used the following statements:

Noting that they have the necessary information about the movements of the Russian army, Zelenskiy said, “We see what forces Russia has accumulated and we know how to respond.” he said.

FOREIGN PROHIBITION TO GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS
Zelenskiy stated that civil servants in Ukraine have signed a new application regarding foreign visits during the war.
In his speech, Zelenskiy stated that according to the new decision, it will no longer be possible for a civil servant to go abroad without an official assignment.
Stating that certain personnel changes will be made in institutions and ministries affiliated to the central government, Zelenskiy also stated that they have imposed sanctions on 22 Russian citizens today.
