During the morning, negotiations started between Russia and the United States. Both parties have sent peaks to Riyadh in Saudi Arabia where the countries will meet. The Russian delegation includes Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Yuri Ushakov, foreign policy adviser. When Yuri Ushakov landed in Saudi Arabia on Monday, he repeated Russia’s earlier line, that the talks that are being carried will only be between Russia and the United States. He insisted that there is no third party. This means that Ukraine is closed outside. No representative from Europe does not seem to have any place at the negotiating table.

Zelenskyj’s move: traveling to Saudi Arabia

Also President Volodymyr Zelenskyj will travel to Saudi Arabia, raccommodates Ukrainian media.
