(Finance) – From the collaboration between the president of Consorzio Zai – Interporto Quadrante Europa Matteo Gasparato with the Regional Councilor Daniele Polato and between the management of the Europe Quadrant with the Minister of Enterprise and Made in Italy, the commitment to cooperate for support Ukraine in the challenging phase of reconstruction of the country. This is what the Zai Consortium says in a note.
In particular, – reads the note – the goal is to collaborate on land corridor number 5one of the main communication routes of Central-Eastern Europe which connects the territories of Kiev and Lviv with the north-east of Italy, so that the seaports of Venice and Trieste can become their reference ports, while Verona with its Quadrante Europa the main logistic base in retroport function. “Doing so,” he stressed bear – the Quadrante Europa will be able to take the field as the largest logistic platform on the corridor to concretely contribute to the reconstruction of Ukraine”.

In this regard, we feel honored to support our country in contributing to the reconstruction of Ukraine, placing our logistical infrastructure at the disposal of international and humanitarian cooperation. This will allow us to further increase the already existing synergy with the ports of Venice and Trieste and, consequently, to strengthen the growth of our Veronese economy. In this way, we are convinced that the collaboration between our logistic infrastructures and Confindustria – assisted by the Ministry – will not only bring benefits for the Ukrainian territories but will also give a strong boost to the revitalization of the national economy”.
