The Ukrainian Bureau of Investigation (DBR) announced this Monday, January 20, that it had arrested two generals and a colonel accused of “inaction” and “negligence” during the Russian offensive launched in May 2024 on the city of Kharkiv, in the northeast of the country. An offensive which forced tens of thousands of inhabitants to leave the region and which caused Ukraine to lose part of control of the border with Russia.
