In Ukraine, while the front has been frozen for months, Ukrainian forces this morning wrested the hamlet of Andriivka, in Donbass, from Russian hands. This advance confirms that Kiev remains engaged on several fronts: in the south, towards Crimea, but also in the east, near Bakhmout, this martyr city which fell in the spring after months of violent fighting.
