Ukrainian forces are struggling to repel Russian troops, particularly in the eastern part of the country. They lack motivated and trained men. In an attempt to replenish the ranks of the army, the police announced this Friday, January 10, to carry out an operation against the networks which facilitate the flight abroad of men of fighting age and fleeing military mobilization.
