It’s official, the United Nations human rights office is closing its doors in Uganda. After Gulu and Moroto, it is around the Kampala branch to cease its activities. A situation that raises fears of a regression in terms of human rights in the country, in an already tense context for human rights defenders, civil society actors and journalists.
