(Finance) – UCapital24, economic and financial social network listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announces that it was the list of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Directors has been filed on which the ordinary Assembly called for 19 February 2024 in first call and for 20 February 2024 in second call is called to decide.
The list of candidates for the Board of Directors filed by the majority shareholder UCapital (shareholder with 77.43% of the share capital and with 77.82% of the voting rights) is composed of: Gianmaria Feleppa (President), Erika Gabrielli (Independent Director), Mauro Messina Massimo Zucca and Andrea Arnone.
