(Finance) – UCapital24an economic and financial social network listed on Euronext Growth Milan, has announced that at the end of the offer period relating to the option rights deriving from the capital increase, 11,982,750 new ordinary shares have been subscribed, corresponding to the 84.83% of new ordinary shares total for an amount of 1,797,412.50 euros.
71.85% of the total ordinary share movements, for an amount of 1,522,260 euros, derives from the subscription of the share in option of the parent company UCapital Ltd.
THE unexercised rights will be offered by UCapital24 on Euronext Growth Milan, through Banca Finnat, in the sessions of 4 and 5 December 2023.
