(Finance) – Ubaldi Costruzioni it landed today on Euronext Growth Milan. It is a leading company in the construction and infrastructure sector with a very high specialization in the industrial, commercial and office building sectors.
Ubaldi Costruzioni represents the first admission since the beginning of the year on Euronext Growth Milan, the Italian Stock Exchange market dedicated to small and medium-sized businesses. This is the first admission of 2025 on Euronext.
Ubaldi Costruzioni is currently being placed harvest 4.2 million euros. The free float at the time of admission is 21.89% and the capitalization market at the IPO is equal to 19.2 million euros.
