The British Tyson Fury, who lost the professional boxing heavyweight championship match to the Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk in May, declares that he is back in the training room and preparing for the rematch before Christmas.
In May, the professional boxing heavyweight championship match and, until then, the undisputed world championship of the series for the Ukrainian For Oleksandr Usyk lost brit Tyson Fury declares that he is back in the training room, slowly preparing for the rematch between the two before Christmas.
For Fury, 35, the Usyk loss was the first of his professional career. And even though the rematch is still six months away, Fury says he’s already “counting down the days” to the fight.
– I’ve done everything in boxing, but I haven’t come back after a loss. And now I’m going to enjoy that opportunity to come back and restore my honor again. December 21st is mine. Undeniable, here we come, Fury states.
Of course, it is possible that there is no undisputed championship at stake in the match. Namely, Usyk may lose his IBF title because he has not faced the number one challenger defined by the federation.
