(Tiper Stock Exchange) – TXT e-solutionsa company listed on the STAR Segment of the Electronic Stock Market, has formalized the investment for the acquisition of 100% of the capital of TLogos, following the signing of the binding investment contract which took place
last November 21, 2022.
TXT gives the news with a note underlining that “it will consolidate the results starting from 1 December 2022”.
The investment in TLogos – explains the company – represents a strategic operation for the consolidation of strong and innovative skills in the cybersecurity field which will strengthen the digital advisory offer of the TXT Group in a segment with high growth prospects and high cross-cutting added value across an ever-increasing number of industrial sectors.
