(Finance) – TXT e-solutionsan Italian IT company listed on Euronext STAR Milan, closed on first half of 2022 with revenues equal to 62.5 million euro (+ 43.1% compared to the same period last year), of which 18.2 million euro international revenues. Organic revenue growth was € 8.6 million (+ 20.0%). Revenues from software in the first six months of 2022 they were 4.7 million euros, compared to 4.2 million euros in the first six months of 2021. Revenues from services were 57.9 million euros, an increase of 46.5% compared to the first six months of 2021.
L’EBITDA amounted to 9.2 million (+ 62.3%), with a EBITDA margin equal to 14.7% (+1.7 pp) thanks to synergies and against major investments in research and development (4 million) and commercial (5.7 million). L’Net income was equal to 3.5 million euros (+ 70.1%).

L’Adjusted Net Financial Debt consolidated at 30 June 2022 is equal to 2.3 million euros, compared to 6.4 million euros at 31 December 2021, with a net reduction of 4.1 million euros. The decrease is attributable to the generation of cash deriving from operating activities partially offset by the purchase of treasury shares for 3.3 million euro.
