Ellis Anderson, 51, was First Arrested on March 31 Last Year when He was speaking in and out of Traffic on His Motorcycle, According to Assistant Crown Attorney Katarina Tatumir.

Police Said Anderson was a suspected driver at the time.

While Waiting for the Offernces to make their way through the short system, Anderson Caused a serious collision on June 6 and was charged with Dangerous Operation of A Vehicle after Multiple Witnesses Saw Him Speeding and Weaving in and Out of Traffic Again.

That time His Passenger was ejected, ending up with three shavéred vertebrae.

In short, Anderson Pleaded Guilty to Dangerous Operation of A Vehicle and Operation Causing Bodily Harm.

“(His) Behaviour is such that a strong message neds to be delivered,” Said Tatumir, poing out that Anderson has a long gap in his criminal record but not convicted of Dangerous Driving Many Years AGO.

Defense Lawyer Eric Angevine Agreed Anderson Needed A Prison Sentence, and Said Anderson Had Quickly Sought to Plead Guilty to the Offer.
