During Friday, the prosecutor requested two people be detained for involvement in the murder of the 14-year-old boy who was found dead outside Nynäshamn on July 29.
They are wanted in custody for murder or aiding and abetting murder and for kidnapping.
The police continue to investigate whether there is any connection between the murder of the 14-year-old in Nynäshamn and the murder of 14-year-old Layth, who was found in Upplands Bro about two weeks ago.
According to the prosecutor, the two people requested to be detained are not suspected of the murder of Layth.
Detention hearings will be held later today.
