A streamer on Twitch told of an encounter with two children that was not very pleasant at first. That changed after the three got to know each other.
Which streamer is it about? Tokibbi streams on Twitch and runs a YouTube channel. Like many of her colleagues, she often encounters a wide variety of people online.
On x.com, she now tells how she met two children while playing Valorant who initially behaved badly. But Tokibbi didn’t want to let them get away with it and tried to talk to them.
Not as bad as expected
What does the streamer say? While playing Valorant, two children spoke up in the voice chat and started making fun of other players in a pretty exhausting way.
At first, Tokibbi just listened and then told her viewers that such toxic behavior was the reason why she herself did not want to have children. As she continued to listen to the two, however, she realized that beneath the mean facade, there were actually two lovable children.
The streamer started a conversation and got on well with them. This ended with the three of them taking a photo together in the game. The streamer then posted a short video of the encounter on YouTube:
But the story didn’t end there. The two children saw the video and commented on it.
What did the children write? They were obviously happy to appear so prominently in one of the streamer’s videos. One of them wrote on YouTube: “I can’t believe I didn’t recognize your voice. I watch you all the time.”
The second one also recognized himself in the video and wrote: “That’s so cool!” Tokibbi replied to both of them and asked them to be good and hard-working in school next school year. Instead of a rude answer, both of them said OK. One of them even wrote: “I will, I promise.”
At the end, the streamer sums up how much she enjoyed the interaction. It was very sweet and showed her once again why she actually does her job.
As a content creator, she loves the chance encounters with viewers and other players. And it seems that the two children have also learned something for life. On Twitch, it pays to be nice – this is shown by the story of a streamer who only had one viewer for a long time.
