The emergency services received the alarm just before 2pm on Sunday, but have now left the scene.
– The police and ambulance are still there and the road has been blocked off, says Niclas Fogelqvist, alarm and command officer at the rescue service.
Two people are said to have been in the car. Both have been taken to hospital by ambulance, says Jens Andersson, press spokesperson at the police.
The extent of the injuries to the people is currently unclear.
