While KOF XV continues to score points by announcing a free DLC in the person of Omega Rugal, on the French side of Pix’n Love, we continue to shout all the love they have for SNK and the bygone era of the NeoGeo. If the Rolls Royce of consoles is no more, its legacy continues to endure with the release of NeoGeo shockbox collectors editions of old titles reissued on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and new machines too. The French publisher passionate about retro had also made an appointment with collectors at 4 p.m. sharp to announce the arrival of The Last Blade 2 in a collector’s box that respects all the codes of the NeoGeo. Three editions are planned, the classic standard version, a shockbox edition with the original visual and another redesigned to give it this Japanese print side that immediately catches the eye. Added to this is a lithograph made on authentic Japanese Washi paper, and signed by the hand of the artist Tonko. This gives it an even more symbolic value. Pre-orders will be open from March 23, 2022 at 5 p.m. on the Pix’n Love website.
