Just before 18:00 on Thursday afternoon, the police received a call from SOS Alarm about two people with gunshot wounds in Askim in Gothenburg.
– They have both been taken to hospital, the extent of their injuries is unclear, says Fredrik Flyberg, officer on duty at the police.
According to information to Göteborgs-Posten should one of the men be seriously injured and the other should have minor injuries.
According to the police, a large police operation is underway at the scene with the aim of securing evidence and perpetrators.
The incident is classified as attempted murder in two cases.
