Court heart Monday both Noland and Price are working on securing legal aid to hire a lawyer.

Chatham-Kent police previously reported officers were called to Town Line Road, north of Maple Line, about 11 am Friday, Jan. 12, after a deceased male was found at roadside, police said Monday.

That stretch of Town Line Road is a sparsely populated area of farmland and drainage ditches, east of St. Clair National Wildlife Area, roughly 22 kilometers west of Chatham and northeast of Tilbury.

“This is considered an isolated incident,” police said. “All parties involved were known to each other. There is no concern for public safety.”
