Two men were arrested for assault and uttering threats in separate incidents in Wheatley on Friday.
Chatham-Kent police responded to a domestic-related incident around 11:30 am
As a result of the investigation, police said a 44-year-old Wheatley man was arrested and charged with assault and uttering threats.
He was transported to police headquarters where he was held in custody pending a bail hearing, police said.
Around 7:12 pm, police responded to an address on Talbot Trail for an assault complaint.
Police said investigation determined the accused, a 32-year-old Muskoka man, allegedly threw an object at the victim as well as threatened to kill him.
The accused was arrested and charged with assault and uttering threats and taken into custody pending a bail hearing, police said.
Robbery investigation
Chatham-Kent police are investigating a robbery in Blenheim.
Just after midnight Saturday, police responded to an Ellen Street address in regards to a possible robbery.
Police said the victim alleged he was attacked by three males who then stole his phone.
The victim suffered minor injuries as a result of the incident, police said.

Chatham woman charged in connection to stolen vehicle and having taser
A 21-year-old Chatham woman is facing charges after being found by Chatham-Kent police with a stolen vehicle and a taser.
Police said an officer on patrol saw a white Kia parked at an address on Kent Bridge Road around 2 am Saturday.
Police said the vehicle was confirmed to have been stolen from the Waterloo region.
After investigating, police said the accused was arrested and charged with possession property obtained by a crime over $5,000.
The accused was also charged with being in possession of a prohibited weapon after an officer located a conductive energy weapons in his possession, police said.
She was released with June 24 short date.
Rock thrown at window of fast food restaurant
A 39-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested after Chatham-Kent police responded to a mischief call in the area of 25 St. Clair St. in Chatham around noon Saturday.
The accused was seen allegedly throwing a rock at a window of a local fast-food restaurant, which caused approximately $1,000 damage, police said.
The accused was located and arrested for mischief under $5,000 and transported to police headquarters where he was lodged for a bail hearing, police said.
