A woman in Södertälje has been severely injured. Two men have been arrested on suspicion of serious abuse.
“She is very seriously injured and not talkable,” said police spokesman Daniel Wikdahl.
Police were alerted about the incident on Saturday afternoon by staff at a hospital.
Earlier in the day, the woman had been taken by ambulance. After she was examined at the hospital, suspicions arose that she was subjected to a crime.
The suspected crime must have been committed indoors in a home in Södertälje and the two men were arrested there. They have a relationship with the woman, according to police.
– Yes, they have. But exactly what that relationship looks like, I can’t answer, says Daniel Wikdahl.
