But this week, Epic is choosing to give away two popular games for free, while also giving away some free content for Apex Legends, saving you around $100.
This Week’s Free Epic Games: Cygni: All Guns Blazing and DNF Duel
Starting today and continuing through the morning of August 15th, the Epic Games Store will be making both Cygni: All Guns Blazing and DNF Duel completely free. In the case of Cygni: All Guns Blazing, a shoot ’em up published by Konami that was released just three days ago, so it’s a day one addition to the Epic Store’s free lineup. DNF Duel, on the other hand, comes from Nexon and is a fighting game set in the Dungeon and Fighter series. Normally, DNF Duel sells for $50, so it’s the biggest giveaway of the week.
Finally, Epic has made its latest round of freebies even better by giving away the Conduit bundle for Apex Legends. Not only does this add-on for the battle royale shooter allow players to unlock the Conduit character for free, but it also comes with an “Aqua Flow” skin for him. While Conduit has been in Apex Legends for a while now, this is a great perk to have on the Epic Store for those who don’t already have the character.
