The first alarm about a loud bang was received by the police at 02:00 on the night of Sunday. An explosion had occurred in Upplands Bro northwest of Stockholm.

According to a witness, the police and emergency services were on the scene. A large area was cordoned off and the police questioned residents nearby.
– Rescue services and an ambulance went there and waited near the area, but they never went all the way, says Sören Gustafsson, team leader at SOS Alarm.
Can this be interpreted as meaning that no one was injured?
– You can probably do that.
The emergency services and ambulance finished their drive left the scene and the matter is a police matter.
Uppland’s Väsby
About two hours later, at 04:00, another SOS alarm came in, this time about an explosion in the area of Rundby in Upplands Väsby.
The explosion took place in a stairwell.
– The alarm came in at 03.59. Rescue workers and an ambulance are on site and waiting in the immediate area. The police are on their way, says Sören Gustafsson.
