Two explosions occurred a few minutes apart at two different entrance doors to apartment buildings in Västra Frölunda in Gothenburg,
No one is said to have been injured in the explosions, which occurred at 01.30 on the night of Wednesday, but there has been material damage to the two gates that were exposed.
Criminal classification is gross destruction of public danger as well as gross violation of the Act on Flammable and Explosive Goods.
The national bomb protection is activated together with forensics who will carry out the crime scene investigation, the police write on their website.
