The occupants were two men in their 20s and 30s, and they are suspected of having died of a drug overdose.
The incident was reported to the Inspectorate for Care and Care, Ivo, according to lex Sarah, and an investigation is underway.
The Hvb home has admitted in a letter to Ivo that the two people died because the staff did not follow the procedures. Among other things, the HVB home has introduced a checklist for unexpected deaths and discussed what to do when clients are under the influence of drugs.
