The one person, who is a boy under the age of 18, is suspected of aggravated public danger. The other person, a man over 18 years old, is suspected of aiding and abetting serious public danger, according to prosecutor Alexandra Bittner.
It was during the night between September 23 and 24 that an explosion occurred at an apartment building in eastern Södermalm in Stockholm. The building, which suffered extensive damage, was evacuated and the rescue service began a major operation. Nearby buildings were also damaged in the explosion.
The two suspects were arrested on November 30 and remanded in custody on December 2. They are suspected on probable cause.
