Two people were charged after a son and father clashed early Wednesday, Chatham-Kent police say.
Officers responded to a report of a man threatening his father during an argument then left his father’s home about 3:10 am, police said.
Officers learned a suspect was at a residence with a female, and was under release conditions not to communicate with her or be at her residence.
A Blenheim man, 40, is charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and two counts of failing to comply with a release order, police said. He was held pending a bail hearing.
A Blenheim woman, 39, is charged with facilitating a breach of undertaking, police said. She was released with an Oct. 16 short date.
