Two men are facing charges after Chatham-Kent police responded to a dispute in Blenheim in which one man allegedly approached his neighbor with a baseball bat, police said.
Police said a 59-year-old man was charged following the Friday morning dispute with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, assault with a weapon and uttering threats.
This same man also received minor injuries when his neighbor allegedly assaulted him. The 50-year-old man was charged with aggravated assault.
Both men were released from custody, to appear in court later.
