According to the prosecutor, the two have contributed to spreading a video with claims that are offensive to the debater.
The video was first posted online in 2018. It was also sent to the man’s relatives, friends and professional networks.
When the suspicions of defamation became known, the video was circulated again in 2022.
— Since the post has been so widely spread, I believe that it is called for by the state to take it up for review, says chamber prosecutor Rebecca Budell to GP.
A third person is also said to be a suspect in the investigation.
