According to the post from Twitter’s official account, the blue tick Twitter Blue subscription will be restarted on Monday, December 12 (tomorrow). The subscription price will be $8 per month when subscribing on the web, and $11 per month when subscribing on iOS.
Although no official information is given allegedly, The reason the subscription charges higher on iOS devices is because Apple takes a 30 percent commission.

Those who subscribe to Twitter Blue with blue ticks will have features such as tweet editing, 1080p video upload, and a blue check badge known as a blue tick (after account review).
Subscribers will be able to change their username, display name or profile photo, but if they do, they will temporarily lose their blue ticks until their account is reviewed again.
Also, the “official” label is marked with a golden checkmark for businesses, government etc. For accounts like, it will start to be replaced with a gray checkmark.
