(Finance) – Twitter will continue to share the information requested by Elon Musk, to finalize the purchase agreement for $ 44 billion.
This was stated by the social platform to the Wall Street Journal, replying to Tesla’s CEO that he had questioned the conclusion of the agreement since the platform had not shared data on fake profiles and the number of spam.
Twitter added that it plans to enforce the deal according to the agreed price and terms. “We intend to close the transaction and apply the agreement at the set price” of the merger.
