(Finance) – The board of directors he oversaw Twitter during his sale to Elon Musk was disbanded, with the head of Tesla who now serves as the sole director of the social media company.
The Wall Street Journal reported, citing a communication to Sec. Musk explained that being the only director was included in the Twitter purchase agreement.
