Legendary midlaner Faker is considered the greatest League of Legends player of all time. But even he makes mistakes and dies in the jungle on level 1 for no reason. Twitch streamer Tyler1 watches the legendary player fail and looks for explanations. If he’s hacked, he’s just trolling or even has Faker in his tea.
Who are the two?
The two have often performed together. It is known that T1, like many LoL players, adores Faker – how Faker feels about Tyler1 is anyone’s guess.
What do you see in the clip? Tyler1 watches a clip of Faker on Twitch. In it, Faker can be seen dying totally hollow in a solo queue match with heroine Bel’Veth to the Blue Buff, a mob that grants an important buff if you kill it. He fails because of a maneuver that junglers pull off hundreds of times every day all over the world:
But something goes wrong with the action, the blue buff is pulled too far from the spawn location, “resets”, runs back to its place of origin and regenerates life points in the process.
Faker tries to save the situation, kills the 2nd mob, attacks the blue buff, but misjudges and dies.
Tyler1 is certain: That was lag
How does Tyler1 react to the situation? Tyler1 can’t comprehend the action and grins in disbelief as he sees Faker pulling the blue buff way too far. Tyler then seeks an explanation for how his idol, “the greatest player of all time,” fails.
“Is it hacked? faker? big faker? What’s going on?” asks Tyler1.
In the chat, the fans speculate: “Is he drunk?” – “It’s never a faker.”
In the end, Tyler1 is sure: There must be a server lag behind it!
But you can also take this as a sign that even the greatest LoL player of all time makes a gross blunder in a meaningless match in solo queue on an absolutely routine task.
Maybe Faker didn’t look at his monitor at the moment, but was secretly in Valorant:
Lol: Normal people see Faker’s screen during a World Cup game – Can’t figure it out
