In a live stream, the father of US Twitch streamer Zack “Asmongold” Hoyt complained that his son never cleaned his car, a Mustang. Asmongold’s negligent handling of the vehicles also caused engine damage.
What was the stream about? On November 4, 2024, during a live stream on Twitch, Asmongold was asked why he no longer has his old car, a Mustang.
The fans knew the Mustang from the stories of Asmongold, who liked to mention the Mustang as proof that, even though the streamer is a multi-millionaire, he is not attached to luxury and still lives the same way he used to.
Asmongold explained that the dealership had declared the car a total loss because one of the mirrors was broken. That was enough so that the car could no longer be resold, but was only good enough to be scrapped for spare parts. The broken mirror was also the reason why his car insurance premium went up.
He drove the car for a total of 20 years. Engine problems also occurred; Repairing these would have been just as expensive as buying a new car. That’s why Asmongold finally gave up the beloved Mustang.

His father reported that the Mustang was only driven by Asmongold for six years and was handed over to the Filius in very good condition. It previously belonged to the father himself.
