Utrecht – Twelve stores of the clothing brands Vero Moda, Pieces and Vila of the bankrupt Utrecht fashion group Doek Retail are taken over by Bestseller from Denmark. Curator Hans Hendriks says that this concerns eight Vero Moda stores, two Pieces locations and two Vila locations. He does not want to reveal the amount involved in the takeover. He does report that Bestseller paid more than the individual value of those stores.
