Police were called after a security guard claimed the photographer was filming in a courtroom, which is prohibited. After the district court upheld the decision, it was overturned by the Court of Appeal following an appeal from TV4. Now the Supreme Court confirms the Court of Appeal’s decision after the Attorney General appealed to the highest instance.
