Utrecht – Martijn Tusveld started the Tour de France with a 41st place in the opening time trial. The Utrecht driver completed the 13.2 kilometers through Copenhagen in 16 minutes and 5 seconds. The cyclist of Team DSM was 48 seconds short of the time of the surprising winner Yves Lampaert from Belgium.
