Left-wing leader Nooshi Dadgostar has so far refused to comment that three members of parliament in her party posed with the flag-stamping Kurdish PKK flag.
The action is condemned by the government, which demands that the party leader act and according to a Turkey expert the News spoke to, Jenny White, the move could play into the hands of President Erdogan.
– I mean that the PKK is a terrorist organization, White says.
