Türk Telekom announced its financial and operational results for the first half of 2022. Having displayed a balanced performance in the first half of the year, Türk Telekom increased its consolidated revenues by 28.1% compared to the first half of 2021 and reached 20 billion 203 million TL. Raising its EBITDA (profit before interest, depreciation and tax) to 8 billion 519 million TL in the first half of 2022, Türk Telekom’s consolidated net profit in the first half of the year was 1 billion 953 million TL. Türk Telekom has invested 3 billion 955 million TL in total in the first six months of 2022. Türk Telekom increased the number of fixed broadband subscribers to 14.6 million as of the end of the first half, while the number of fiber subscribers reached 10.7 million in the first half of 2022. The share of fiber subscribers in Türk Telekom’s fixed broadband base increased from 58.5 percent to 73.5 percent compared to the previous year. In the first half of the year, Türk Telekom’s fiber network length reached 381 thousand km, and its fiber household coverage reached 30.8 million.
