US President Trump, Truth Social account, said that they will take harsh measures about demonstrations on university campuses.
“All federal funds of any school or university that allow illegal protests will be stopped. Provocateurs will go to jail and/or will be sent back to the country they come to permanently.” He said.
Reaction came from the democrats
Trump argued that such demonstrations should not be allowed in his statements about Gaza demonstrations spreading throughout the country last year and that these demonstrators committed a crime, and that the American students who participated in these demonstrations will be expelled from their schools and may be arrested due to crime.
While Republicans support Trump’s sharing, more democratic users’ measures “contrary to freedom of expression” attracted attention. (AA)
