President Joe Biden says it’s time to cool the debate after the assassination attempt on his political opponent. At the same time, questions are being raised about how the incident may affect the presidential election.
– The problem for Biden is that he would have to shift the focus from the disastrous effort in the debate and scare the voters that Trump is a much worse alternative. This will now be much more difficult, says Andreas Utterström.
