To great cheers and applause, Donald Trump stepped into the Republican Party Convention in Milwaukee on Tuesday evening, local time.
The appearance was his first since he survived an assassination attempt on Saturday.
Surrounded by a large number of bodyguards and with his right ear, which was damaged in the shooting, covered in a large white bandage, Trump walked slowly into the arena before taking a seat next to his running mate J.D. Vance to listen to speakers.
“USA, USA,” the crowd chanted.
