Trump had described his campaign trip to Butler as unfinished business. Trump began his speech with the words “as I was about to say” and called the shooter a “relentless monster”.
The July shooting left one person dead and two wounded before the man who tried to kill Trump was shot. Trump himself was slightly wounded in one of his ears.
