Former President Donald Trump spoke on Tuesday in Washington DC, for the first time since January 20, 2021, when Joe Biden was sworn in as president.
In the 90-minute speech at a conservative think tank, Trump again hinted at the 2024 presidential election, saying among other things that it “would be a great honor” to run again.
Just hours before, Mike Pence, who is addressing the battle for the Republican base, spoke to a group of conservative students.
