Donald Trump believes he has the right to make personal attacks against his rival in the fall presidential election, Kamala Harris.

– I am very angry with her for using the legal system as a weapon against me and other people, very angry. I consider myself entitled to attack her personally, he claimed at a press conference on Thursday.

Trump opened the press conference by talking about economic policy, but then switched to the kind of attacks that have characterized his campaign rallies.
