The US Supreme Court has decided to allow it Donald Trump’s presidential candidacy in the state of Colorado.

The justices unanimously overturned an earlier ruling by the state Supreme Court that would have barred Trump from running for office in the state.

The decision on Trump’s eligibility for election is valid in all US states, although the Supreme Court took up the case due to the previous decision of the Supreme Court of the State of Colorado.

In December, the Colorado Supreme Court decided to block Trump’s candidacy due to an attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.

Colorado’s decision to bar Trump from running for office in the state was based on the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, according to which participants in anti-constitutional rebellion cannot be elected to public office if they have previously sworn in their oath of office to support the Constitution. The court considered Trump to have been involved in the events of the 2021 epiphany, which it considered a rebellion. Trump has denied the allegations.

Trump commented at his establishment on Truth Social the Supreme Court’s decision as a “big win” for the United States.

Colorado is one of the states where presidential primaries will be held tomorrow on so-called Super Tuesday.

The presidential primary will be held in Colorado on Tuesday. A total of 15 states will vote on the so-called Super Tuesday this year, including the two most populous US states, California and Texas, which share the largest number of male electors.

Trump is expected to sweep the Republican primaries in all states voting on Super Tuesday.
