Trump assassination attempt remains a mystery! FBI still hasn’t found the answer to that question

Trump assassination attempt remains a mystery FBI still hasnt found

Uncertainty continues about how Trump’s assassination suspect, Thomas Matthew Crooks, planned and carried out the attack. As the Republican Party’s national convention in Milwaukee continues to formally confirm the former president’s candidacy, questions about the July 13 assassination attempt on Trump continue to linger.

According to reports in the US press, the FBI, which is investigating the assassination attempt, has cracked Crooks’ password to access his cell phone, examined his computer, home and car, and interviewed more than 100 people, but has still not reached a conclusion as to why the suspect carried out this attack on Trump.

NO “MEANINGFUL CLUE” HAS BEEN FOUND SO FAR

The officials, who spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing, noted that Crooks left behind no writings, suicide notes, social media statements or other indications of why he targeted Trump.

Authorities said they have found “no meaningful clues” so far after examining the attacker’s phone and other belongings as to whether he carried out the attack alone or with others.

Authorities said those who knew Crooks, 20, described him as “a strange kid who sat by himself and didn’t talk to anyone,” but that he was “a normal person who didn’t seem to like talking to people” and had “no dangerous symptoms.”

Crooks, who was reportedly teased and occasionally bullied by his friends in high school because he often wore hunting clothes, reportedly tried out for the high school rifle team but was rejected because he was “poor in marksmanship.”

It was reported that Crooks was smart enough to graduate with a degree in engineering from the two-year university he attended after high school, and that he was politically registered with the Republican Party, but it was determined that he donated $15 to the Democratic Party in 2021.

WHEN THE SUSPECT DID NOT RETURN HOME, HIS FATHER CALLED THE POLICE SAYING “MISSING”

The house of the suspect who opened fire on Trump has been under investigation with police tape around it since the attack. According to information provided by authorities, Crooks’ father said during questioning that he thought his son had taken his AR-15 gun and gone to a shooting range on the day of the attack.

Authorities said Crooks’ father called police at around 11 p.m. to report his son missing after he didn’t return home throughout the day.
