Donald Trump promises a news about the US agreement on the mineral agreement he wants to end with Ukraine when he speaks to Congress on Tuesday.
At the same time, Trump’s security adviser is pressing once again Volodymyr Zelenskyj.
President Trump’s play on the mineral agreement comes at a press conference after he accused Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyj for hours earlier for not wanting peace.
Since the chaotic meeting of the two presidents last Friday, when they ended up in a long and hot word -in the cameras, Trump has repeatedly accused Zelenskyj for sabotaging the American’s proposal for a ceasefire in Ukraine.
Those charges and threats repeated Trump’s security adviser Mike Waltz in Fox News on Tuesday.
– What we have to hear from President Zelenskyj is that he is sorry for what happened (last Friday), that he is ready to record under an agreement on minerals, and that he is ready for peace talks. I don’t think it is to request too much.
Trump himself said at his press conference that “it should not be at all difficult” to get a mineral agreement, and indirectly threatened Zelenskyj when he continued to talk about a possible peace agreement.
–Shank there is someone who does not want to get an agreement, and if someone does not want, that person will probably not be left for that long. No one will listen to that person anymore, because I think Russia wants to get an agreement.
Waltz says, like Trump, that he does not see the Ukrainian’s desire for peace.
– President Zelenskyj is not ready to talk about peace. But his problem is that time does not speak for him. The patience of the American people do not eat infinitely, their wallets are not infinite.
