The accident happened at 08 on Monday morning. The truck drove into the center guardrail before finally ending up in the ditch.
Police, ambulance, emergency services were called to the scene. The driver was taken to hospital by ambulance, the extent of his injuries is unclear. According to the Swedish Traffic Agency, there may be slippage at the site, after the weekend snowfall.
“There is a risk of difficult road conditions with patchy ice and patchy loose snow,” writes the Swedish Transport Administration on its website.
The truck must be recovered from the scene. Traffic is affected during the rescue work.
